From the moment I walked into the dealership, everyone I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like another number at this dealership — I felt like a group of local people genuinely wanted to help me. After the purchase, Zoe walked to me the service department so that I could see where it was and meet their staff, as they give you free state inspections and oil changes for a few years. She also then sat in the car with me, helped me setup my Toyota app, and walked through all of the screens (I was coming off from a 2015 car with little to no tech so this was extremely helpful!). Had a really great experience with Adam and Samantha while purchasing a new vehicle, which I was completely expecting the opposite. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything I didn’t want at any point during the process by either of the two salespeople I worked with. I ended up with a car I’m really happy with, and was in and out within 2.5 hours. Everyone was very accommodating, especially Leon, and making sure that our needs were satisfied. The main problem was due to the mistakes made from the banks for the wired financing.
