The sales staff (Jesse and Jacob) assured that my needs were met Dennis, in finance, assured that contract was detailed and doable. Dec 13, 2025, I happily purchased my third Toyota Rav 4 from my favorite dealer , Handy Toyota in St. Albans. This time I went from an LE to an XLE. I cannot stress what an awesome decision that was for me. These cars are really great ! And the people that sell them and manage them and service are just amazing. My salesman , Jesse is considerate and has superior product knowledge The sales managers , Kyle, Jamie ,and Eric are exceptional in every way. Because I purchased my vehicle in Dec , I wanted my snow tires on the new vehicle. Jeff in service is accommodating and took care of me right away. And let’s not forget Tory and Darren Please. Most importantly is something I just don’t see alot of these days. Handy Toyota people greet you , smile at you, are courteous, and kind. Going into that dealership is truly amazing .
