I purchased a 2026 Toyota Tacoma TRD on 1/3/2026. This was our 3 vehicle purchase with Handy; and were treated like family as soon as we walked in. My truck was prominently parked out front so we could see it as soon as we arrived. From start to finish both Kaleb and Dennis were top in their professionalism. Eric had to reach out to me regarding a financial matter that was quickly taken care of with Dennis. Everything I had requested was completed on the truck before I arrived; taking the whole process just slightly over an hour. We left happily on our way for lunch. Shortly after being seated at the restaurant, I received a text from Kaleb that he had a piece of equipment that was part of the sound system and needed to give it to me. Kaleb was already at my truck (we had asked how to get to the restaurant so he knew where we were) so all I had to do was access the remote lock/unlock and he placed the speaker where it was needed. We appreciated being treated well and as my wife will soon look for a new vehicle, Handy (specifically Kaleb & Dennis) will be our first stop.
