He took the time to listen to us and then recommended a vehicle that we had not considered buying. He was knowledgeable about the Toyota lineup and presented us with different options without pressuring us to purchase any particular car. After the sale, he was very thorough, making sure that we understood all the features of our new Toyota. Ali's many years of sales experience were evident in the way that he treated us patiently and with respect. He was understanding of our needs, responsive in his communications with us, and genuinely appreciated our business. His warm, friendly personality and positive attitude made us feel welcome at Handy Toyota before, during, and after the sale. We have purchased many vehicles over the years. Overall, our experience with Ali Kamal at Handy Toyota was one of the best we have ever had at any new car dealership.

Leon and Logan are a great tag team, but next time I have to go with my list of "must haves" in hand, as a couple of things I thought were included in the XLE trim were not, but my bad for not knowing ahead of time. Overall, a relatively quick process, but be sure you free up your credit if you have any freezes on it before hand, as several "hard pulls" may very well spiral your hard-earned high rating down. I like the new-to-me Rav4 XLE, and find that it feels much more steady on the road - especially with the Snow mode engaged. Thank you two for staying late to get me into my Rav4, and now Bob wants one!

Easiest car-buying experience I could've asked for! This was my first car purchase and I had no clue what I was doing going in. Adam Bentley and Dennis Gebhardt hooked me up and the process was painless. Adam held their first 2026 RAV4 for me w. zero commitment, called when it arrived (weeks early!) and I drove it off the lot the next day. Without my asking, he shopped around for financing options, found me a better rate than what I'd lined up, and took care of all the admin - saved me money and hassle. Dennis walked me through all the finance and warranty details in a way that actually made sense. I ran the extended warranty terms by my aunt (who's bought like 8 cars) and even she said the deal was generous, especially the prorated refund option if I trade in early. Nobody pushed add-ons I didn't need. Nobody made me feel dumb for asking basic questions. Just straightforward, helpful people who clearly know what they're doing. Really happy with the car and honestly relieved the whole process went this smoothly. If you're looking at Handy Toyota, ask for these guys.
