From our 701 HIGHGATE RD location, you may park your car outside the front gate of the dealership. Please make sure you are not blocking any other cars. Payment for the rental itself will be charged on the day that your rental takes place. We require a valid credit card on file when you make your reservation, upon which a $400 damage hold will be placed. Any additional charges for gas or damages will be taken from your $400 damage hold after the rental is returned.
We want to make sure the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was when you started your rental with us, and a $400 deposit ensures this. You can expect a clean, damage-free vehicle with a full tank of gas.

Yes. All Saint Albans Rental Cars are handed off with a full tank of gas. If you drop off a vehicle without a full tank, you will be subject to a $150 flat refueling fee.
Yes. If any evidence of smoking or pets is found in the rental vehicle, you will be subject to a $300 cleaning fee based on the employee’s inspection.
Rentals are based on a 24-hour period. We understand traffic changes from day to day, so we offer a one-hour grace period to compensate. After that, Saint Albans Rental Car will charge you for an additional day’s rental.
No. We do not offer insurance coverage. You must provide proof of your own collision and full comprehensive insurance policy prior to a rental agreement being completed.
Yes, with some restrictions. You may take Saint Albans Rental Cars anywhere within New York and New England. You may not travel to Canada with the rental.
Yes, eligible drivers may be added to your rental if they meet the age and insurance requirements.
