My wife and I decided to start looking at new trucks last week at Handy's. Looking online we had seen that they had a very good selection of Tundras. Our expectations were low on a dreary rainy day. By chance we happened to meet sales consultant Adam Bentley on the lot. End result is that there is no way we could ever ask for a better person to work with buying a new vehicle. We easily connected on a personal level. Adam honestly answered all our questions that put us in a new Tundra. No reason to search any further. Our trade in was a 2011 Tacoma work horse with a lot of life left. We purchased it new 15+ years ago from Kyle Ward at Handy's who is now sales manager. It was the best car buying experience I have had going to Handy Toyota! I called at the end of business on a Saturday with a broken car and was out of the lot in a few hours with a brand new Camry. Jesse was polite and reassuring without adding any pressure to the situation. He went above and beyond for me. Grabbing trash bags for my stuff in the old car, he waited to even put away his lunch when he came in. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Car purchases are stressful, but the team at Handy’s makes it much better. Dennis was a class act making sure the financials were set and I was comfortable with the options. Kaleb and Samantha did a great job finding our new Storm Cloud 2026 RAV4 Limited and keeping us informed throughout the process. My daughter was taking over my old car so we needed to purchase before she returned home from college in May. The vehicle arrived as expected at the end of April. It was a few days before a business trip and the team coordinated to make the purchase experience as quick and painless as possible. In the words of the commercial I was short on time, but they made things happen for me, for which I am grateful. I’m writing this in air so will try to add pics of the new rig when I get home! I reached out just 30 minutes before closing, and he immediately sent a video walkthrough of the Grand Highlander Hybrid Nightshade and a clear price spreadsheet. We scheduled an appointment for 10:30 the next morning. My wife and I drove two hours to get there, and everything was exactly as promised.
