Excellent dealer to do business with, from the service department to the sales team everyone is friendly knowledgeable and go out of their way to help. I recently purchased a new truck through Garrett Leduc and he went beyond to find exactly what I was looking for and had it there in a matter of days was responsive to all questions and made the process a pleasure.

We are very happy with our new Toyota Crown XLE and love not only the way it drives and comfort but what a stunning car it is. We actually went to Handy's to look at 3 different options and Jesse was very helpful and patient with finding just the right car for us. We drove and looked at 4 options and he truly was a wonderful salesman and did not pressure us but let us think through what was the best choice for us. He, Kyle and Dennis helped us get a great deal on the Crown we chose. They took time to go back and forth and made our negotiations easy and we felt very good about buying our new car from Handy's. We highly recommend their dealership and would definitely go back again in the future.

This was the best car buying experience in my life. Jake is a fantastic salesman. I had a 14 year old truck so it was a bit daunting looking at all the technology upgrades going from a 2012 year model to 2026. Jake knew every detail about the Tundra. He spent a lot time showing me all the features inside and out. Handy Toyota had the truck I wanted on the lot. The "other guys" down in town wouldn't even lift a finger to find a truck with a 6.5 foot bed without a deposit. The business manager was easy to work with and we reached a fair deal without a bunch of haggling back and forth. I highly recommend Handy Toyota and make sure 100% you get Jake as your salesman. Great Experience!!! Cody and Ryan were a ton of fun to work with in finding the perfect family truck. They were ready when I arrived, brought me several trucks to try and made the experience relaxed with no pressure. Cody and Ryan were informative with all the history and facts on each rig. They listened to all my concerns and found the answers to my questions. This 3 plus hour interaction felt more like I was just hanging out with some buds. I was excited to see a well operating service department. It was organized, clean and not such a circus like you see at many dealerships. I can't thank you all enough in getting our family into a truck that surpasses all our wants and needs!

I found the truck I was looking for via CarGurus. The staff at Handy Toyota was responsive to my questions and had the truck ready for my appointment to view and go on a test drive. They went above-and-beyond in two ways: putting the truck on the service lift so I may inspect the undercarriage (the technician even gave me a light) and they will drive 2 hours in my direction to save me a significant amount of time as I am out of state. I would work with this dealership again. They are friendly, the showroom is clean, and I had a good experience.

Leon who sold me the car was very easy to work with. I never felt Like he was pushing me towards the vehicle. Very nice, kind person to work with.

I bought my Toyota Corolla from Handy’s in Highgate, and Jake Smith was great to work with. He helped me every step of the way and made sure I got the best deal possible. He was friendly, personable, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process so much better. Editing this review to include my purchase of a 3rd Prius from Handy Toyota a decade later -- a 2026 model. I worked with Daniel Raboin this time (Tom Young is retired). Dan was great. No pressure and very easy going. It was a real pleasure working with him. To add to the great experience, after the purchase I had a question about the title. I spoke on the phone with Sue M and she gave me the info I was looking for. But to my surprise, she called me 5-minutes later. She took it upon herself to call the DMV to get me even more info that was good to know. Really appreciated that. Been very happy with Handy Toyota. - - - - - - - - - Just purchased my 2nd Prius from Handy. My first one was purchased from Tom Young at Handy's in 2006. My second one was purchased from him again in 2016. I like Handy's because it is low key and no pressure. I've had nothing but great experiences there.
