Toyota Finance and Lease Options

Closed End Lease Plan

Allows you to operate a new Toyota vehicle without the full cost of ownership
Gives you the option to purchase the Toyota vehicle at the end of the lease term or during the lease term
You are only responsible for excess mileage and excess wear and use charges at the end of the Toyota vehicle's lease term if you have satisfied your payment obligations therein
If the Toyota lease is terminated early other conditions will apply

Open End Lease Plan

Commercial open and lease with a Terminal Rntal Adjustment Clause (TRAC)
Toyota vehicles can be customized with specialty equipment and paint jobs
At the end of the Toyota lease term, your options are: (1) Purchase of the Toyota vehicle at the agreed upon TRAC value, or (2) Toyota Financial Services can sell the Toyota vehicle, and if the net sale is over the TRAC value you get the surplus and if the net is under TRAC value you will pay the surplus*

Retail Finance Plan

Includes attractive rates and flexible terms
Enjoy the benefits of full ownership of your new Toyota vehicle from the first day

Preferred Option Finance Plan (balloon)

Available in limited areas, please contact or call for details
Vehicle title is retained
And of term options are flexible (dependent on state buy laws and buyer qualifications)

Customized Solutions

Consolidated Billing Statements

Available upon request for business customers with multiple financed vehicles
All monthly invoices are consolidated into a single statement with summary details on individual accounts
Allows remittance of one payment covering all accounts

Vehicle Credit Lines (VCLs)

Pre-qualified VCLs for any of the business solutions finance options
Allows the future planning of acquisitions
No need to go through credit approval process for each additional financed vehicle
Exclusive towards acquisition of vehicles on pre-published TFS lease or finance contracts

Master Agreements

One master agreement signed allows additional vehicles to be financed or leased and are then handled by7 a supplemental schedule; only one master agreement needs to be signed
