Items with an asterisk *
Whenever you see an item marked in asterisk* this indicates we require you to fill it out to submit the form.  While we dislike making anything mandatory, the reason we need to do this is to get certain information out of you such as your name, vehicle year/make/model, etc.

VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
You might have noticed that the top section, Describe your vehicle to us, has a spot for a vehicle identification number or VIN.  Giving fixed operations director Joe Luneau or his service advisor team your VIN when you contact the Handy Toyota service department will ensure that the service question you ask us gets you the correct, timely answer you deserve.
