Items with RED font
Whenever you see an item marked in RED, this indicates we require you to fill it out to submit the form.  While we dislike making anything mandatory, the reason we need to do this is to get certain information out of you such as your name and contact information or your vehicle year/make/model, etc.

VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
You might have noticed that the top section does not have a spot for a vehicle identification number or VIN.  This can be a hassle to find, especially if you aren't familiar with where it is, however if you have it make sure to leave it in the comments section.  Giving fixed operations director Joe Luneau or his service advisor team your VIN when you contact the Handy Toyota service department will ensure that the service question you ask us gets you the correct, timely answer you deserve.  Better yet since our customer records are tied to a VIN in many cases we can tell exactly what was done to your car last time it came in for service and what it needs at its current mileage!
