Are you finding it difficult, confusing, or otherwise encountering a problem with our online parts order form?  We take pride in making everything as user friendly and straighforward as possible at Handy Toyota of St. Albans, VT, so maybe the following tips will help.

Items with RED font
Whenever you see an item marked in RED, this indicates we require you to fill it out to submit the form.  While we dislike making anything mandatory, the reason we need to do this is to get certain information out of you such as your name, vehicle year/make/model, etc.

VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
You might have noticed that the top section, Describe your vehicle to us, has a spot for a vehicle identification number or VIN.  Giving parts manager Ray Quilliam your VIN when you order car parts from Handy Toyota will ensure that the part you order is the part you need.  This keeps our customers from having to return an inproper part for the right one.  For your reference, the VIN is usually found on the glass of newer vehicles, on the door sills or door jambs, and even on your registration card.  The VIN input isn't required such as the contact info, but it greatly increases the accuracy and efficiency of ordering car parts in VT.

Part Number 1, 2, 3...
Not sure what specific part number you need?  You have three options.  First, fill out the form with the best possible information:  for example, for Part Number 1 write in "Oil Filter," and for the Part Description 1 you could (for added benefit; even though it was entered already) write in "2011 Toyota Camry LE."  If you wanted to wait, you could email the parts team and have them give you the correct parts number, or lastly you could just call us at 888-447-8961 and discuss the situation.
