"How Much Will I Pay?" Tips
As the name implies, this finance calculator will give you an idea as to how much you can afford per month.  The idea here is to enter a vehicle's MSRP, your down payment and/or trade-in value, the monthly financing rate and term, and you'll spit out an estimated monthly payment.

  1. Enter the vehicle price - You can do one of two things here:  either enter the maximum  you want to spend, or enter the MSRP as shown on our new car listing or details pages.
  2. Down payment/trade-in value - Do you have any cash you want to put towards your new car?  Enter that amount here.  Alternatively you can use the vehicle trade-in calculator to get the estimated value of your current vehicle to add to your cash amount on hand!
  3. APR and Term - When you use the APR and payment term length boxes, you have a couple of options.
    • Check out monthly financing incentives to get an idea of what Toyota Financial Services is offering for finance rates and terms on a given vehicle.
    • Fill out a car loan application and within 24 hours finance manager Sam Farrar will let you know what kind of finance rate you're looking at!
    • Enter your desired rate and term and see what you can afford.  Every time you enter a new set of numbers you will be given another price which allows you to see what you can actually spend.
  4. Once you've entered all your figures you'll be given an Estimated Monthly Payment.  If you can afford this comfortably, click New Vehicles or Pre-Owned Vehicles to see a listing of cars that fits your search.  If you cannot manage this estimate or think you want more features and can therefore spend more, reconfigure the numbers until you get your desired amount.

"How Much Can I Afford?" Tips
Like you might have expected, this payment calculator kind of works as the opposite of the previous form.  Here, you enter what you want or can pay per month, enter cash figures such as trade-in values and pure cash on hand, and finish with finance rates and terms.  This will give you, as mentioned, the opposite figure:  what the MSRP of a vehicle is that fits your budget.

  1. Enter your affordable monthly vehicle payment - What do you want to pay per month?  $100?  $200?  $1,000?  Granted these are extremes, but they aren't out of the realm of possible.  If you have $10,000 to put down you can afford a $15,062.25 vehicle at 6.9% for five years.  Alternatively if you put down $2,000 and get the same finance rate you can afford a $52,622.52 vehicle.  In other words, use this to give yourself a broad spectrum of information and the best knowledge possible before choosing your new or pre-owned vehicle.
  2. Down payment/trade-in value - This is the same as above of course.  See the information in the previous section, including trade-in value links and explanations.
  3. APR and Term - Again, this is the same as it was before.  Use the links above to get your credit rating and whatnot, but also manipulate these to get the rate that seems best and most reasonable to your situation.
  4. Estimated cost of the vehicle you can afford - Here is the output of your efforts, which gives you an estimated MSRP or retail price as to what fits your search.  This isn't a stranglehold though; if you want you can way above and below.  Click the New Vehicles and Pre-Owned Vehicles to get an inventory listing of cars fitting your search.
