Toyota's teen driving safety program ups the ante

Back in June of 2011, Handy Toyota of St. Albans, VT published a blog regarding Toyota's commitment to teen driving safety called "Another charitable donations, this time in the name of safety," in which Toyota Motors USA donated, as the blog's name implies, a massive $1 million to the Buckle Up For Life campaign designed at teaching mid-adolescent drivers the dangers of neglecting…

TFS goes mobile

Imagine if you will something that many of us have to do monthly:  paying our lease payment or car loan payment.  Obviously it doesn't take much imagination, at least not yet, but pretend for a moment that you're not doing so via mail, computer, or even over the phone:  instead you're doing it on your mobile smartphone device.

Surprisingly this isn't much of a fantasy either; it's real, and it…

Solid weather and great progress at the new store give way to the Thanksgiving weekend

It is eight o'clock in the morning and I just returned from the future Handy Toyota of St. Albans building site.  The contractor made significant progress this week as the weather has been very cooperative for November.  The roof is five panels short of being completed; they were shorted on retainer clips or they would have completed it yesterday.  The clips were overnighted so hopefully they will arrive today.  Worse case, by Monday the…
