The first question any discriminate motor-enthusiast must ask themselves is "what separates this vehicle from another?"  The answers are many.

First, the 2010 Toyota Sequoia comes in a variety of trims:  SR5, Limited, and Platinum (shown).  The features are many, and a large amount come standard even on the "base" SR5 trim such as alloy wheels, 40/20/40 second-row bench seating, triple zone climate control, a thumping stereo system with a CD player and iPod capabilities, BlueTooth connectivity and power everything.  The Limited trim ads to the impressive SR5 trim with the JBL sound system, leather upholstery and power front seats among other features.

If you are daring enough to jump up to the highest trim, the Platinum, you will get gorgeous 20-inch alloys, rear air springs for hauling heavier loads, upgraded shock absorbers and much more for hauling purposes.  The lift gate gets powered as well, meaning no more struggling for the latch when your hands are full of grocery bags.

More lavish features of the 2010 Toyota Sequoia in the Platinum trim include a touch screen Navigation, the screen of which can control all the music functionality, a second row of captain's chairs for added comfort, an integrated back-up camera--the list could go on for a month!  Best of all, should you be more interested in the SR5 or Limited trim, most of these options are available as extras.

In terms of raw power, the new 2010 Toyota Sequoia doesn't disappoint.  The SR5 trim comes with a 4.6-liter V8 that gets up to 310 horsepower and 327 pound-feet of torque.  No problem hauling your pop-up camper to camp for the weekend with this heavy duty capacity.  Utilizing a six-speed transmission keeps your fuel budget in check as well while at the same time giving you more than enough power sent straight to your wheels.

If that's not enough for you power-junkies out there (and let's face it: is enough ever really enough?), the Limited and Platinum trim models come with a 5.7-liter VT with Variable Valve Timing with Intelligence (VVT-I) engine, which sounds familiar if you've ever read anything about the "Tow-Anything" Tundra of late.  So not only is this elegant SUV ready to haul the family, the family boat, and tons of luggage just about anywhere with ease, but it also packs the same engine that did oh-so-well at the 2009 Franklin County Field Day tractor pulls.  Better  yet, even on the SR5 trim you can upgrade to the 5.7-liter engine.  When that 5.7-liter V8 VVT-I is dropped in, horsepower skyrockets to 381 and torque hits a crazy 401 pound-feet.  Certainly enough to get just about any job done that you could possibly imagine using the Sequoia for.

Overall, the all new 2010 Toyota Sequoia has been impressing reviewers, test-drivers, and dealers alike because of it's raw power, fascinating control, and overall comfort.  When looking for a luxury SUV you needn't look further than this gentle giant, giving you all the power you love from the Toyota Tundra and the comfort you relish about the Land Cruiser.
